SES was recommended by one of their clients to consider Workspace Interiors to project manage and deliver their whole office relocation project. Workspace Interiors assisted SES in identifying the best and most cost effective methodology to implement their relocation project with a fixed cost design and build contract. 

Workspace Interiors delivered both the fit-out of their new offices and the dilapidations of SES’s old offices to time and budget something which SES had not experienced before. Workspace Interiors also assisted in negotiating with the Landlord’s of both buildings to ensure maximum cost savings to SES.

SES has also taken out Workspace Interiors’ facilities management contract to maintain their new offices.
