Having originally moved DLL into their current premises back in 2009, when the requirement to take additional space became necessary Workspace were once again chosen to be their design and build partner. The project coincided with DLL’s global rebranding programme so working closely with the client’s Marketing team was of paramount importance. The majority of the construction phase was carried out whilst the office was fully operational with 5 distinct phases identified to deliver another successful project. Workspace are retained to provide both planned and reactive maintenance working alongside the on-site Facilities team.
